Want to grow your hair? Or just have it healthy?
Not sure
about what oil to use? Don't want to waste money on expensive products that DO NOT work..?
We all want luscious beautiful hair! But maintaining it and trying to keep it healthy is a lot of hard work, and in reality nobody has the time or patience to see results.
I am going to be filming my updated hair care routine video as a lot of you have been asking for it, as I have changed my routine from my previous video quite a bit, but until then I thought why not write up a blog that will help you personally, and allow you to apply these tips according to your hair type.
The best oil
for your hair type:
FINE HAIR
Pomegranate
Seed Oil - This oil
works great for those with fine hair, as pomegranate seed oil contains punicic
acid. This is a polyunsaturated fatty acid, and it assists in strengthening the
hair and making it strong and healthy. It will revitalize the fine strands of
hair thus making it stronger overtime. The antioxidants found within this oil
are so high that they increase blood circulation, and once the blood flow is
high this will automatically result in healthy hair, and these antioxidants
also help against radical damage.
THIN HAIR
Rosemary Oil
- Now I will
begin to tell you how this oil doesn't smell too great - It smells like Vicks
(Vapour rub) and is quite strong, but it's benefits for the hair, especially
thin hair are even stronger than the smell.
Rosemary oil assists with stimulating your hair follicles and therefore promotes hair growth. It is also high in iron, calcium, and Vitamin B. It strengthens the hair, and boosts shine.

Castor Oil - A little bit of castor
oil mixed with a carrier oil can do wonders for those of you who have thin hair
and are trying to get it nice and thick.
Castor oil
is a thick formula that consists of omega fatty acids which are amazing to
replenish and moisturise your skin, therefore being great to prevent dryness on
the scalp.
It is great
for growing your hair, and thickening the hair.
THICK HAIR
Olive Oil - Olive oil is great for all hair
types but it's great for people who naturally have thick hair, as it contains
omega fatty acids and antioxidants which restore shine and give your hair
that bounciness and volume, instead of making it frizzy boring.
COARSE HAIR
Argan Oil - Those who have coarse hair,
usually want to add shine to it, and give it a nice sleek look to it, and argan
oil is the best option for this, as it not only moisturises your hair, and
smells great, but it works as a great serum.
Almond Oil - Coarse hair is not a nice hair
type to have, my hair used to be very coarse, hence speaking from experience.
No matter what you do; it just looks dull and dry. Almond oil should definitely
become your best friend. It has a lot of vitamins within it, and adds shine to
dull and frizzy hair giving it a sleek look. It also heals split ends which is so beneficial not just
for people with coarse hair but everyone.
OVERALL
